Eligibility
Residency:
You must live, work, or attend school in New Hampshire.
Age:
Teen: ages 14-17
* You may be 13, if you will be 14 by the state competition in April 2025
Miss: ages 18-27
* You may be 17 if you will be 18 by the state competition in April 2025
* You may not turn 28 before the state competition in April 2025

The Phases of Competition
Interview 30%
Provides an opportunity to learn about the contestant's personality, her commitment to advancing her social impact initiative, and her plans to pursue educational and professional aspirations.
Evening Gown 20%
Allows a look into how each contestant exhibits her own personal style, personality, grace, presence, and confidence in fashion suitable for an appearance as a titleholder.
Onstage Conversation 10%
Contestants will be asked a question regarding their community service initiative
Talent or HERStory 20%
Contestants showcase their on-stage performance or storytelling skills and personality. Performances may include traditional talents like instruments, dancing, and singing or may be more creative such as speed painting, dramatic monologues, and sign language interpretations or may be a HERStory presentation.
Health and Fitness 20%
Contestants showcase their commitment to health and fitness initiatives as their discipline and commitment to being physically healthy is a key to success in all other areas of life, and the rigors of representing a local prelimary Miss America or Miss America's Teen program.
